Job Summary

The Pharmacy 340B#Analyst#is responsible for#the daily operational#management and compliance oversight of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role ensures that the health system fully captures eligible savings opportunities while#maintaining#strict adherence to all HRSA, manufacturer, state, and internal compliance requirements.

The specialist will conduct audits,#monitor#transactions, manage crosswalks, and buying practices.# Qualifications Education Bachelor#s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, compliance, finance, or 340B program management.

Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, HRSA guidance, and program compliance requirements#(preferred). Experience with 340B split-billing or contract pharmacy software (e.g., Macro Helix, Sentry/Verity, etc.)#(preferred). Proficiency#in data analysis and Microsoft Excel; strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
