Senior Bid & Proposal Specialist

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Bid Specialistto support the development and coordination of high-quality proposals fordata center, mission-critical, and PMC consultancy projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with our technical, commercial, and leadership teams to manage bid submissions, coordinate inputs, and ensure proposals are compliant, compelling, well-structured, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end bid process across EOI, RFQ, RFP, prequalification, and tender submissions, ensuring deadlines and submission requirements are met.
• Bid Planning: Develop bid schedules, submission checklists, responsibility matrices, and coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, and management teams.
• Content Management: Maintain and improve proposal templates, company credentials, project sheets, CVs, case studies, and bid library materials.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Follow up with internal teams, regional stakeholders, consultants, and external partners to obtain required information and documentation.
• Commercial Coordination: Support the coordination of commercial submissions and ensure alignment between technical and financial proposals.
• Proposal Formatting: Ensure documents are professionally formatted, visually consistent, and ready for final submission.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experiencein bid coordination, proposal management, or tender management within aPMC, engineering consultancy, construction consultancy, or related professional services environment.
• Previous exposure to engineering, construction in GCC Area
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Tools & Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong document formatting and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, tender portals, and bid/proposal management tools is preferred.
• Experience with proposal design and document formatting tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and document control skills.
