RN Primary Care Triage-Hybrid

RN Primary Care Triage: conduct clinical assessments over the phone, evaluate the urgency of patient symptoms, and deliver accurate medical advice or routing. Assist with whole office in basket management, to include, RX requests, Mychart messages, patient test result notification. Help complete medication prior authorizations. Assist with rooming if needed, when in office.
