Cloud Engineer II

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES

This is an advanced technical role responsible for the implementation and operational support of cloud-based infrastructure and services across Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role provides technical execution in cloud engineering, partners with architecture, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions, supports production environments, and is responsible for troubleshooting and optimization efforts. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in cloud platforms, identity, and end-user computing solutions.
