Procedure Scheduler - Tower at Parkwest

General Summary: A nonexempt position responsible for scheduling procedures directly with patients and to discuss any questions that that patient may have. Essential Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling all procedure(s). Contacts area facility for available time for procedure. Educates patient on all aspects of the procedure that is scheduled. Schedules all pre-op clearance appointments with PCP or specialist. Coordinates any and all paperwork needed to facility (Including: complete order sets, H & Ps and imaging).
