As a Patient Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face of our community health centers, helping patients access the care they need with dignity and efficiency.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred Familiarity with EMR systems and front desk operations a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in person across Ches. Work environment: The primary work environment is a busy multi-cultural ambulatory care setting. There is routine exposure to infectious diseases and blood borne pathogens. Ches.
