Why You'll Love Working Here Flexible PRN scheduling Day shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Night shifts: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM 12-hour shifts Supportive leadership and welcoming team environment Opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education What You'll Do Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and community policies Assess and monitor residents, identifying and reporting changes in condition Accurately document nursing assessments, medications, treatments, and resident care in the electronic medical record Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with developing and implementing individualized resident care plans Respond promptly to resident needs and medical concerns Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members as appropriate Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care What We're Looking For Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN or LPN license, or a valid multistate license recognized in North Carolina Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills within the scope of your license Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to resident needs Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living preferred Why The Village at Brookwood?
