Program Coordinator - Youth Court Alliance
Job description
Children's Aid Society is seeking an Program Coordinator for our Youth Court Alliance program. Under the general supervision of the Director of New Programs & Quality Assurance the Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director with implementation of the Youth Court Alliance (YCA). The Program Coordinator will manage, coordinate, and oversee the Youth Court Alliance program.
In addition, the Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of with community relations for the agency, including marketing and representation at special events. Typical work schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week). Evening hours are expected 3-4 evenings a week for after-school programming. Children's Aid Society's Vision: All Children are Safe and Feel Loved You Will: Establish contracts and manage the daily school program activities Maintain positive connections with schools and magistrate offices Assist with program planning, development and implementation.
Manage volunteers of Youth Court Alliance at sites throughout York County. Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field Have two years' or more experience in program implementation or consistent volunteer experience Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
