Job Summary

Field supervisor will assist in managing our officers throughout North Alabama OC Certified Taser Certified Armed Security Officer (ASRB) Schedule Night Shift Supervisor

• Flexible Schedule Job Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. Perform general security duties to protect clients and property. Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards promptly. Understand and comply with DSI and client requirements, including specific post instructions. Participate in ongoing training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual. Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public. Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting as required. Work in all weather conditions as needed. Utilize basic to intermediate computer skills and demonstrate effective written and oral communication.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 21 years of age Minimum of three months experience in security, military, or law enforcement. Ability to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and drug screening. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and means of communication.
