Pool Bartender (Part-time, Seasonal)

If you love providing personalized interactions and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere, we are looking for a Part -time, Seasonal Pool Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service to our Members and their guests at our Pool Complex.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with Members, and knows how to deliver attentive service while keeping the pool bar running smoothly. This is a seasonal position working 20-25 hours, primarily supporting our peak pool season, with the potential for future opportunities based on performance and Club needs.

Qualifications

Must have current AZ Food Handler’s Card Minimum 1 year of bartending experience Previous bartending experience in a private country club, resort, hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment is a plus Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for personalized hospitality Comfortable working outdoors and in Arizona weather conditions Schedule Tuesday availability required Open availability preferred Seasonal position supporting our Pool Complex Daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required You can learn more about us at www.
