IT Specialist

We are inviting you, a highly motivated and results-oriented System Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Managing tickets and prioritizing tasks
• Providing user support by resolving issues
• Performing system and application updates
• Procurement equipment and conducting audits to ensure compliance

Requirements

1+ year of commercial experience as System Administrator (MacOS)

Experience with Mattermost and Slack

• Knowledge of backup systems
• Knowledge of antivirus software
• Knowledge of network diagnostic programs
• Proficiency in mail software
• Experience in maintaining office equipment and providing user support
• Knowledge of network security concepts, including configuring firewalls, setting up VPNs, and implementing intrusion detection systems

Will be a plus

Experience in supporting VoIP

Hands-on experience with Atlassian products, CRM, and HRM systems
