Arcis Senior Assistant Superintendent — Job Description The Senior Assistant Superintendent at Arcis Golf is a key leadership role in the agronomy team, assisting the Golf Course Superintendent in maintaining championship‑quality playing conditions while overseeing daily operations and staff. Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing all golf course maintenance practices — mowing, irrigation, fertilization, pest management Simply. Hired+1 . Staff Management: Supervise, train, mentor, and develop crew members; promote accountability, teamwork, and safety Simply. Hired . Course Condition Monitoring: Inspect greens, tees, fairways, roughs, bunkers, and landscaped areas; monitor turf health and environmental conditions Simply.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, or related field (preferred) Simply. Hired+1 . Experience: 3–5+ years in golf course maintenance with leadership responsibilities Simply. Hired+1 . Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of warm‑season turfgrass management (Bermuda preferred), irrigation systems, and water management Simply.
