Part-time Infusion Nurse (Cornwall, ON, on-site)

This dynamic position allows for direct patient care in an infusion clinic focused as a center of excellence for specialty medications. The Infusion Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients with chronic conditions including, neurological disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatologic diseases and other lifelong illnesses.

This role will focus on patient assessments, administering intravenous and injectable medications and monitoring treatment outcomes related to disease progression, symptoms, and medication management.
