-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional, technical, and leadership positions. -Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines. -Drive Brass. Ring adoption and leverage data to support hiring decisions. -Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of Talent Acquisition processes.
