Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, service-driven Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and passionate about hospitality, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to members and guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings. Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Process payments accurately using POS systems. Uphold club standards for service, appearance, and professionalism. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry trays up to 25 lbs. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Previous serving experience preferred (hospitality or private club experience a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for alcohol service). Excellent oral communication skills required. Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English. Spanish speaking a plus. Pay: Restaurant Servers are paid at $16.90/hour plus gratuities.
