We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and evolve the core application layer behind our flagship agentic products such as II-Agent and Common Ground. You’ll architect and build scalable, production-grade systems that bring cutting-edge AI agents into the hands of real users, based in Ho Chi Minh City.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Involved in the development of our agentic applications: II-Agent, Common Ground, etc
- Designing and developing a scalable application layer, frontend, and backend, from the ground-up
- Collaborating with agent researchers/engineers, PMs, and designers to turn product needs into technical solutions
- Implementing secure authentication, authorization, and data-protection mechanisms
- Integrating seamlessly with agent runtimes and pipelines to enable efficient deployment, orchestration, and monitoring
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and growth THE REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - 4+ years of experience in full-stack and backend development
- Deep experience with modern backend and frontend technologies
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and deploying production applications NICE TO HAVE
- Active GitHub repository
- Knowledge of agent/LLM concepts and frameworks
- Experience working with LLM integration (OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK, LiteLLM)
- Experience building an AI agent THE RIGHT PERSON
