Learning and Development Coordinator
Job description
The Learning and Development Coordinator will assist in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality e-learning courses and resources. The successful candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), Human Resources, and the CSEC University team to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
They will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design, along with proficiency in e-learning authoring tools.
