Job Description: Medical Front Desk Receptionist Location: Brooklyn, NY Hours: 4/10 Hour Shifts; Mon- Thurs (Between 7:00am-8:00pm) RDO Friday Organization: New York Imaging (NYI) In This Role, You Will: Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the office Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere Assist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collections Build and maintain patient records in the EMR system Assist with quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines We Require: High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience Excellent communication skills and customer service experience What We Offer: Starting: $24/hr Benefits: Health Insurance on Day 1, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-term disability, 401k Plan, PTO, 8 paid holidays (2 floating) Join Us Today!
