Shop Service Technician

The Shop Service Technician is responsible for the in-house inspection, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and maintenance of pumps, motors, controls, and related equipment used in municipal water, wastewater, industrial, and commercial applications. Works primarily within the service shop environment, supporting customers by restoring equipment to proper operating condition and meet quality and safety standards.

Utilizes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to diagnose equipment failures, perform repairs, conduct performance testing, and recommend corrective actions. Requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Document repairs, testing results, and service activities for customer and company records.
