Maintenance III � Districtwide High school diploma or equivalent required Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) required Must have knowledge of building trades Must have experience as a skilled maintenance person Must demonstrate ability to organize work assignments and work independently Must have the physical ability to perform full range of maintenance assignments, including heavy lifting, and climbing to the heights of any Bangor school building Must be able to handle hazardous materials in a safe manner Must be willing to become familiar with school department fire alarms, sprinkler system, security system, and phone systems to allow for basic repairs Maintenance III salary range: $23.
