Talent Programs Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Talent Programs Coordinator to support the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of global Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Experience initiatives across Propelis .

In this role, you will partner closely with US/Global HR Leadership and act as a primary operational bridge between HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and regional stakeholders . You will drive talent development programs, onboarding/offboarding initiatives, early career/internship programs, and annual performance cycles while maintaining global alignment .
