SAP ERP Manager (Japanese Bilingual preferred)

▶︎ Job Details: ・Job Title: SAP ERP Manager ・Client: Global IT Company ・Working Location: New York, NY ・Salary: $90,000 - $130,000(DOE) ・Language: English (Required) / Japanese (Preferred) ▶︎ What will you do:

• Managing and the performing of SAP ERP and other systems related requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for our key accounts.
• Overseeing project execution and ensuring the on-time on-budget completion of projects which meet or exceeds the clients’ needs and expectations.
• Solving software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to meet user needs.
• Change SAP ERP and other system configurations or programs.
• Create and maintain documentation of program designs and operation manuals by interpreting instructions and conducting training sessions as necessary.
• Lead and motivate project members.
• Project management duties including sales, proposals, and business development support.
• Analyze client inquires and requirements, and change SAP ERP system configurations in terms of financial accounting. ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Effective English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective Japanese language skills would be helpful for this role.
• Analytical skills regarding requirement definitions, development, implementation of SAP ERP in financial accounting area.
• Minimum 3 years of user support experience.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience. Preferred Certifications:
• SAP Certified Application Associate for Financial Accounting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
