South Beach Manor , our beautiful memory care facility located in South Beach, OR is looking for a Maintenance Technician .

Job Duties: Support safe practices, infection control, and respect for residents’ rights; Coordinate projects maintenance and upkeep with Administrator/Office Manager and home office; Ensure compliance with AHJ.

Perform repairs and maintenance on, including but not limited to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Respond promptly to requests for assistance relating to maintenance; Provide or coordinate routine grounds maintenance Assure that all safety equipment is in proper working order Provide finish work, surface repair, painting, Assist in planning and implementing large projects.

• Fri: 8am - 4:30pm On-call as needed Qualifications and Job Skills: Must pass a criminal background check Must have a driver's license & pass a motor vehicle record check Willing to work nights and weekends as needed for emergencies Must follow safety and OSHA regulations Must have a working knowledge of building maintenance and upkeep Must have excellent communication skills Must have a strong commitment to customer service Must have computer skills Able to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds routinely Able to bend, stoop, twist, kneel, reach and climb ladders.
