Executive Assistant

We're an established management office with 400+ team members, hiring a full-time Executive Assistant. Long-term role, fully remote, and we promote from within. You'll Be: Making outbound calls daily to vendors, clients, and appointment confirmations, following up until things are actually closed. Documenting every call while you're on it.

Owning the executive's calendar across time zones and running the reminder system for deadlines and follow-ups. Jumping into data entry whenever the team needs coverage. You Need: 2+ years as an EA or VA. Real outbound calling experience, meaning outgoing calls as a regular duty, not just answering the phone. Hands-on calendar management for an executive or manager.

Accurate, high-volume data entry. Clear spoken and written English, since this role is phone-forward. Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365. Full-time EST availability, no other job or classes. Setup Required: Internet: 50 Mbps download minimum (speed test screenshot required). Desktop or laptop (not a phone), second monitor preferred Working headset and mic.
