Minimum Stipend Offered : $4,771 Purpose Statement : Extra-curricular activities are a vital extension of the student experience, providing opportunities for skill development, teamwork, and personal growth. As the Head Girls Swim Coach, you will inspire, motivate, and teach students swim-specific skills while fostering positive relationships and supporting their overall development in both the pool and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the girls' swim program. Develop and implement effective practice schedules, strategies, and game plans. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive character traits among swimmers. Foster relationships with students, staff, and the community. Job Requirements : Education : Must have a Four-Year Degree OR Have served as an Approved Assistant Coach for a minimum of two school years.
