Nurse

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients. Monitor and record patient vital signs regularly. Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments. Assist doctors during procedures and examinations. Observe and report changes in patient condition to doctors. Assist patients with daily activities and personal care.

Educate patients and families on health, medications, and lifestyle. Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and medication logs. Ensure strict infection control and hygiene practices. Prepare and maintain medical instruments and equipment. Report incidents, adverse reactions, or emergencies promptly. Participate in in-service training and professional development.

Supervise junior nursing staff and interns (if applicable). Coordinate with other departments for effective patient care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas.
