• Longmont, CO, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00Hourly, Overview: The Sales & Operations Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to Sales, the Rebuild Manager, and the Area Manager. This role is responsible for maintaining key equipment records, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation to support day-to-day sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain compressor package inventory and availability records. Manage and update the company rental spreadsheet. Maintain rebuild and DJ Basin workflow spreadsheets. Prepare and maintain monthly company reports. Create and maintain unit profile. Maintain engine and equipment documentation. Assist Sales with customer reports, contracts, spreadsheets, and other documentation.

Support the Rebuild Manager and Area Manager with reporting, tracking, and administrative needs. Coordinate with Sales, shop, and field personnel to keep equipment information accurate and current.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer focused
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
• Proficient English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
• Computer skills, including ability to use Microsoft Office
