Customer Success Associate

Meets and Greets Corporate Office visitors and handles all Corporate Office incoming calls as well as a processing all customer inquiries received in the Corporate Office. Provide support to internal and external customers regarding all customer service inquiry and all extended warranty program offered by El Dorado Furniture and all warranties offered by its vendors.

This position will assist the Warranty Claims Team, Customer Service representatives at the stores and Driver Support Team with procedures and best practices, review and process all warranty claims including but not limited to warranty eligibility, claim process, creation of Credit Memos, Exchanges, Services, Mattress Claims, Out of Warranty Claims, Parts Purchase Orders and any related Chargebacks.
