NOW HIRING – Day Shift Assembly | Evansville, IN | $19.00/hr | Weekly Pay + Benefits Join Koch Finishing Systems as a Production Team Member – Thermal & Acoustic Panel Assembly at our Evansville, IN facility. We're hiring immediately for full-time, day shift positions (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM), with occasional overtime as production needs require.

Training provided, but previous experience in production, manufacturing, or factory work is a plus! Many of our team members grow into lead, quality, or maintenance roles over time — this is a great place to start a career, not just a job. What You Get

• Assemble and package panels & doors
• Install windows into panels
• Operate saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes (training provided)
• Follow sketches and drawings to complete work Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment Preferred Experience
• Using basic hand tools and saws
• Reading a tape measure accurately
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment What We're Looking For
