Process Technician

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Setting up each tool prior to scheduled runs and ensuring process parameters meet required line performances (cycle time, availability, and quality) Implementing continuous improvement actions in close collaboration with production, maintenance, engineering, development, and quality departments Managing time efficiently based on KPI monitoring Participating in the development of the LEAN manufacturing program Contributing to the development and implementation of new processes for future products Supporting operator skills development Reporting directly to Process Managers This is what you bring to us: Completed at least 2 years of technical education Basic mechanical, electrical and robotic knowledge; LEAN manufacturing knowledge is appreciated and considered a plus 2 years of experience in an industrial environment; automotive industry experience is considered a plus Must have a troubleshooting and problem-solving approach; problems should be seen as improvement opportunities Autonomy and a proactive mindset are mandatory Ability to set up and maintain quality production standards; ability to perform mathematical calculations associated with process parameters Strong communication skills; fluency in English or French
