Performance-Based Pay | Growth Opportunities | Fast-Paced Team Environment

Pay: $20/hour base pay + bi-weekly bonuses

Typical Earnings: $45,000-$70,000+ per year

Top Performers: $70,000-$80,000+

Work Hours: Monday & Tuesday: 9:30am-5pm, Wednesday-Friday: 9:30am-5:50pm

Job Description:

This is an entry level (no experienced required), field-based, people-facing role focused on speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for our sales team. No experience in Canvassing required!

You'll work in residential neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our window and door services, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home consultations for interested customers.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• No experience in canvassing required! (We'll train you)
• Enjoy talking to people
• Like being active instead of sitting at a desk
• Is motivated by goals and performance-based earnings
• Wants a clear path into sales or leadership
• Recent graduates, retail, or hospitality professionals typically do well in this role

What You'll Do

• Walk door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners about window and door improvement projects
• Schedule qualified in-home appointments for the sales team
• Track appointments and daily activity using a tablet/iPad
• Represent the company professionally and positively in the community

What the Job Is Actually Like

This is an active outdoor role that involves:

• Walking for several hours each shift
• Talking to new people throughout the day
• Working independently while hitting performance goals
• Handling rejection professionally and staying motivated

Success in this role comes from consistency, communication skills, and effort!

Success Looks Like

Top performers typically:

• Speak with 10-25 homeowners per day
• Set 2-5 qualified appointments daily
• Earn additional bonuses through strong performance
