I’ve spent 32 years with State Farm, including serving as a Vice President before returning to production to build and develop a high-performing agency. Throughout my career, I’ve helped open over 400 agencies, with a strong focus on identifying and developing talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
