Python Developer - RA

Collaborate with development teams and product managers to design and deliver effective software solutions. Design, develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for engineering applications. Apply strong knowledge of data structures and programming fundamentals to solve complex technical problems.

Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices. Participate in Agile/Kanban development meetings and contribute to sprint activities. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Work with graph databases to support data modelling, querying, and application integration, where required.

Requirements

B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline. 3+ years of programming experience using Python. Good understanding of data structures and algorithms. Ability to write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies and collaborative development practices. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git is an advantage. Secondary Requirement: Knowledge of graph databases and graph data modelling. Familiarity with graph query languages and technologies such as Neo4j is an advantage.

Experience with software testing and debugging practices.
