Support the CEO in managing relationships with shareholders, investors and strategic partners. Build and maintain valuation models, business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions. Develop the company’s long-term strategy and evaluate new strategic directions and growth opportunities. Conduct market, competitive and industry analysis, including tracking peers, transactions and valuations in our sector.
Manage external advisors, including investment banks, lawyers, auditors and consultants. Lead special strategic projects on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements

Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear, compelling investor and board materials.
Experience working with investors, boards or capital markets – an advantage. Experience in real estate, hospitality or flexible workspace – an advantage. Comfortable working directly with senior leadership, investors and external advisors. Highly independent, hands-on and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
