Director, Head of IT – Data, Analytics, Information Management, Automation & AI

Lantheus is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on technology leader to serve as Director, Head of IT – Data, Analytics, Information Management, Automation & AI. This role will lead the enterprise transformation from fragmented, request-driven reporting toward a governed, scalable, data-driven, AI-enabled operating model.

The position is based in Bedford, Massachusetts and supports a global life sciences organization with operations in the United States, Canada, and Sweden. The leader will own strategy, architecture, delivery, operations, governance, and cultural evolution across enterprise data, analytics, information management, automation, AI, and GenAI.
