What You’ll Do Lead and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional, resident-centered care. Ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and high standards of safety.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members. Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused work culture. Partner with leadership to support quality improvement, staffing, and strategic goals. What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Nebraska or compact state license.

Current CPR certification. Leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting. High personal integrity, a compassionate leadership style, and a positive professional presence.
