We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven District Sales Representative to help expand our business and serve our customers with excellence.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales within an assigned district territory Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, distributors, and foodservice operators Prospect new accounts and expand product penetration within existing accounts Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations for customers Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities Manage account pricing, rebates, and credit compliance Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management Partner with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction Qualifications: What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred 2-6 years of food service sales or related industry experience Background in hospitality, restaurant operations, produce sales, or food distribution strongly preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; frequent travel required Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze sales data and identify business opportunities Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub.
