Sales Trainee - Locations in AL, TN, GA

• This position is for Inline Electric Supply Locations in Alabama, Georgia, or Tennessee only. * Job Summary A Sales Trainee is responsible for learning all products sold by Inline Electric Supply and training to become a part of the sales team. A Sales Trainee will be placed in respective areas based on prior sales experience and knowledge on electrical materials.

A Sales Trainee should have excellent customer service skills and should be able to multitask.

Responsibilities

Begin learning product and material in the warehouse Assist in counter sales and retrieving product Observe the sales process and assist sales representatives Develop relationships with clients and customers Assist in providing product information or service quotes Learn the IMARK system Completion of an in-depth training program that will include travel is required Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership team or upper management Required Skills Excellent customer service skills Able to multitask Able to work independently or in a team setting Basic computer skills Organizational skills Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Prior sales experience is preferred Prior electrical material knowledge is preferred No history of drug or alcohol abuse Valid driver's license with approved motor vehicle report Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 30 lbs.
