Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017, and our team includes two team members plus me — a close-knit group that works together with a strong family-first mindset. Before opening my office, I spent four years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build a supportive agency and deliver a great customer experience.

I have a degree in Criminal Justice, and outside of work I’m a proud husband and dad to two kids. I’m a big animal lover, love cooking (total foodie), and stay busy being involved in my kids’ basketball and soccer. I’m also a car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoy anything outdoors — snowboarding, off-roading, beach days, you name it.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
