PET Operate & Maintain Engineer

Key Responsibilities

/ Tasks: Responsible for applying production SOP’s to keep running the equipment at highest level of continuity as per the production plan. Responsible for keeping the equipment clean as per production and quality standards in addition to applying the standard daily and weekly care. Perform the periodical product checks to control the finished product to match required quantity and quality during the shift.

Record all the info related to equipment productivity and breakdowns from the start to end of the shift. Monitor all machine parts and inspect to report the needed corrective actions. Experience/Skills : B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 1 to 3 Years of relevant experience. Very good command of English (spoken and written).

Preferable knowledge: [UHT plants, Pasteurization equipment, CIP Lines, Separators, and filling -lines [Aseptic Carton Packaging and Aseptic PET].
