Senior Data Analyst- CSA

Agency : Pivot. Roots Job Description : Pivot. Roots Havas CSA are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support performance marketing and campaign analysis across multiple media platforms. This role will focus on measuring campaign effectiveness using data from CRM systems, advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads and Meta), and advanced analytics tools, including Google Ads Data Hub (ADH).

The candidate will work closely with marketing and data teams to deliver actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze marketing campaigns across various digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) to assess performance and identify improvement areas. Leverage Google Ads Data Hub (ADH) to perform granular campaign analysis and derive privacy-safe insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion metrics.

Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms, managing large and complex datasets. Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analytics. Strong experience working with Google Ads Data Hub (ADH) or media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, etc.) Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and media effectiveness. Strong Excel and analytical skills; experience with Python or R is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to tell a compelling story through data.
