Job Summary

The Assembler I is an entry-level role responsible for performing basic mechanical assembly tasks according to established work instructions, drawings, and safety standards. This position focuses on learning manufacturing processes, building foundational skills, and producing quality work under close supervision.  

Key Responsibilities

Assemble parts and components following work instructions and drawings Use hand and basic power tools safely and effectively Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions Inspect completed work for defects and report quality issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Record basic production data as required Follow all safety procedures and company policies   Core Competencies: Basic Mechanical Assembly Attention to Detail Manual Dexterity Safety Awareness Ability to Follow Instructions Team Collaboration   Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read basic technical documents Basic hand tool familiarity Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to established limits   Desired Qualifications: 0–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience Exposure to mechanical or industrial environments
