& Experience Candidates should have 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and microservices. Proficiency in Java (10+) and Python is required, along with deep experience using Spring Boot and strong foundations in object-oriented design and design patterns.

Experience developing secure, high-performance RESTful APIs is essential. You must have strong knowledge of AWS services including SQS, SNS, Lambda, ECS/EKS (Kubernetes), S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Cloud. Formation, and Apache Kafka. Experience with containerized and serverless architectures (Docker, Kubernetes) is also required.

Strong capabilities with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and automated testing using TDD/DDD with frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito are essential. A solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile workflows is expected. Candidates should also have experience leveraging GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, enhance productivity, and support modern engineering practices.
