Legal Office Administrator Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the in house insurance defense form for CURE Auto Insurance. This position will serve as a key point of contact for office operations, ensuring the workplace is organized, well-supported, and running efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating with employees and vendors, anticipating office needs, and facilitating a professional and productive onsite environment. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to independently identify and resolve operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of CURE Auto Insurance’s in house defense firm. Coordinate office needs, including supplies, equipment, facilities, maintenance, and general workplace services. Monitor inventory and order office, kitchen, technology, and other necessary supplies. Serve as a primary point of contact for office vendors, building management, service providers, and other external partners.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, deliveries, and other building or office-related services. Monitor onsite employee needs and address day-to-day office concerns in a timely and professional manner. Facilitate onsite meetings, events, employee gatherings, and other office activities. Support office moves, seating assignments, workspace changes, and other physical office needs.
Partner with leadership and department heads to identify and address operational needs. Communicate office updates, procedures, and logistical information to employees. Manage and monitor employee timekeeping and timecard processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission and addressing discrepancies in coordination with appropriate departments.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 3–5+ years of experience in office administration, legal administration, facilities coordination, operations, or a related field. Experience supporting a professional services or legal environment strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business technology. Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels, vendors, leadership, and external partners.

Starting Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 annually based on experience Schedule: We offer flexible work hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with options like 8–4, 8:30–4:30, or 9–5.
