Engineering Program Manager

Engineering Program Manager is responsible for leading engineering program management activities for Transfer Case development programs. This role manages project scope, schedules, stakeholder requirements, risks, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful program execution and delivery aligned with customer and business objectives.

1. Lead engineering program management activities for Transfer Case development programs and serve as the primary interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
2. Manage project scope, engineering deliverables, development schedules, and key milestones to ensure successful program execution throughout the product development lifecycle.
3. Coordinate cross-functional activities across Design, Systems, Software, Validation, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and other related functions to achieve technical, quality, cost, and timing objectives.
4. Identify and manage program risks, engineering issues, change requests, and open action items while driving effective mitigation and resolution plans.
5. Ensure alignment of customer requirements, technical deliverables, release activities, and development milestones through collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
6. Monitor program performance, prepare status reports, track key project metrics, and support program governance activities in accordance with Borg. Warner development processes.
