Job Summary

Run the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operation at your resort. Deliver food and service that brings guests back while keeping costs and the team on plan.

What You'll Do

Run restaurant, bar, and room service operations each day Forecast covers, then schedule labor and order product to match, without compromising the guest experience Lead and develop F&B supervisors and staff Build revenue through promotions, events, and upselling Maintain food safety and responsible alcohol service standards What You Bring 5+ years in restaurant or resort food and beverage At least 2 years in supervisory or management roles Working knowledge of cost controls and P&L management Experience with Toast point-of-sale and inventory systems Forecasting, yield management, and critical thinking, with the ability to read outlet P&Ls and build cost plans TIPS or Serv.
