Director of Applications

We are a team of scientists, engineers, and business operators who are bringing cutting-edge biotechnology products to the world’s most critical industries. The Team The Applications team owns the testing and performance validation of our chemistry, responsible for both lab evaluation and field execution.

It is a small, cross-disciplinary group that works directly with technical operators to deploy, prove, and iterate on our solutions. Beyond the current field program, the team evaluates new applications for our chemical platform across the oilfield. The Role We are seeking a Director of Applications to lead the field implementation of our flagship oilfield product and to build the team and technology roadmap behind it.

PetroX Boost is a biochemical treatment that selectively alters mineral phases in unconventional reservoirs, with the objective of enhanced oil production. We are currently planning field deployments with leading energy companies across America's most prominent shale basins. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will personally own lab-scale testing and validation, treatment plan design, field performance validation, product iteration, and the development of new applications for our platform, collaborating closely with the Growth and Bioprocess teams.
