Inside Sales Representative

What You'll Be Doing Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting customer project requirements.

Support sales activities through quotation preparation, pricing administration, product recommendations, and identification of growth opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and Production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, pricing, invoicing, and customer satisfaction. Maintain customer accounts, project records, pricing structures, and related data within Command Cloud, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Monitor customer needs, market trends, and sales performance, generating reports and insights to support business decisions and revenue growth. Investigate and resolve order, project, and invoicing discrepancies, ensuring billing accuracy and timely issue resolution. Process COD pre-authorizations, prepare sales documentation, and manage daily system exceptions to support efficient financial and operational processes.

Work Environment Fast-paced office environment supporting customers and business operations. Frequent interaction with customers, sales teams, dispatch, and operational personnel. Combination of independent work and team collaboration. Standard business hours with occasional flexibility required to meet customer and business needs.
