Associate Merchandiser

The Associate Merchandiser plays an important role in bringing the Johnston & Murphy product assortment to life across stores and e-commerce. Partnering closely with the Merchandise Manager, this position analyzes sales and inventory performance, helps develop product assortments and buy plans, and recommends allocation and replenishment strategies to drive sales and maximize sell-through.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across merchandising, sourcing, and store teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
