Designer ELP

The Lead Designer is responsible for institutional brand management, creative strategy development and the creation of integrated marketing content based on established graphic design standards for Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso (TTUHSC El Paso). The Lead Designer will play an integral role in elevating institutional awareness through strategic creative concepts and executions that enhance visibility of schools, clinical services, programs and the institution as a whole.

This position emphasizes creative development, audience-focused design and data-informed decision-making while collaborating closely with the TTUHSC El Paso Communications and Marketing and Development teams to develop, execute and continually improve creative assets that support institutional and marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses demonstrated experience developing creative concepts and visual solutions that achieve defined marketing, communications and business goals. This position serves on the Communications and Marketing team and is expected to reflect the Values Based culture of the university. Texas Tech Health El Paso (TTEP) is not considering applications from individuals who require sponsorship for an employment visa, including those with H1B visas or those currently on student or postgraduate visas.

Additionally, this position is not eligible for remote or hybrid opportunities. All work is required to be performed onsite at TTEP.
